An unconditional purchase made by Stratland in Autumn 2016, the site at Whartons Lane, consists of 6.5 acres of grazing land, is now currently designated as a draft allocation within the New Forest National Park revised local plan. Stratland are currently working with the authorities to secure this allocation within their plans and hope to hear in Autumn 2019 confirmation of the site allocation.
