Oxlease Meadows, Romsey is our landmark project resulting in industry wide recognition for our planning and design.
Completed in 2021, this bespoke development adjacent to Oxlease Meadows, known as Maddison Court, consists of 2/3/4 bedroom homes and are built in the grounds of the house formerly known as Granton. The original property remains and has been transformed inside and out, in-keeping with today’s modern living.
Further along Cupernham Lane, Harry Court was completed in 2023. An intimate development of nine properties providing a mix of 2/3/5 bedroom homes and boasting very modern exteriors.
The Corn Exchange in Romsey town centre is an impressive GradeII* listed building, and we currently occupy the first floor, after extensive and sympathetic refurbishment works carried out in 2018. We’re very proud to be the current custodians of such an impressive landmark in the town.
Some of our exciting projects in progressive phases include, Thorney Lane South, Iver which spans approximately 11 Acres in a much sought-after location and was formerly used as Grazing Land.
In addition to our recent identification and acquisition of 12 Acres of Agricultural Land on the outskirts of Braintree, Essex providing equal benefits and appeal to housing developers.
We’re delighted to announce planning permission has been granted for two replacement dwellings and the erection of a children’s nursery at the site of the former Ashfield Bakery on Southampton Road. This has been a hard fought for project, but ultimately we will be able to deliver a purpose built nursery with fantastic facilities.
Another successful planning application is a break from the norm for us. TVBC approved planning for 16 light industrial units and an office, including parking and sensitive landscaping in the local gap between Romsey and North Baddesley.
Stratland are extremely delighted to have recently attained planning permission for nine 4000sqft bespoke detached properties in a stunning location, adjacent to the picturesque nature reserve and canal on the northern outskirts of Romsey. These homes will be the ultimate in luxury and designed to take full advantage of the stunning surroundings. Stratland anticipate commencing construction in the coming months.
